Yes, rates include these utilities and the final cleaning of the apartment unless otherwise specified.

Yes, we provide bed linen, towels and bath mat (included in the price) in a sufficient quantity for your stay.

Yes, small beds for children (up to 2 years old) are available free of charge. They must be requested at the time of booking.

The bus stop is a few metres from the apartments. It’s the same bus stop in both directions.

Check out time is 9 am to give staff time to clean the flat for the next guests.

After this time it will not be possible to leave your luggage in the apartment.

Check in time is from 3 pm to 10.30 pm and free during this time frame.

Yes. Families and children are welcome at Chez Nous.

Yes. Connection is free both in the apartments and in the common areas so you can share your experience in real time!
